5 step system

 Step 1… In order for your new floor to retain an unbreakable bond with the concrete, we Diamond Grind to remove the top most layer containing the common bond breakers…oil drip, sealer, even tire silicone spray. These must be removed for your new floor to give years of service.  Other installers use dangerous acid etching or power washing to “clean” you concrete.  Don’t settle for these inferior preparations.

Step 2… A prime coat is applied using our Polyaspartic product.  This color coat grips your concrete using capillary process to assure an unbreakable bond.

Step 3… A second layer of Polyaspartic is applied and color complimentary vinyl chips of your choice are broadcast onto the surface.  These chips while adding beauty, also add strength, thickness and slip resistance to your new floor. 

Step 4… A top coat of clear Polyaspartic is applied sealing in the chips, adding thickness, protection and shine to your new floor.

Step 5… A final crystal clear coat is applied adding additional strength, lasting sparkle and “WOW” to your new floor.
